These terms apply to your use of labakeojuduraji.com and to any order you place here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are:

This site is operated by Labake Ojudu Raji San Francisco, California. Contact: untiljoy@gmail.com.

Products: We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, though colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Some products, including the SELAH deck by El Shakar, are made by other creators and sold here with their permission.

Prices and payment: Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken when you order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping: We ship to the United States and Canada only. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days in the US by USPS Standard, and within 5 business days to Canada by Canada Post Standard. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or handling fees charged on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

Returns and cancellations:

SELAH decks are final sale: they ship sealed and can't be resold once opened, so they can't be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind. Other items may be returned under our Return Policy. Any order can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering, or until dispatch, whichever comes first. Damaged, faulty and lost orders are covered in our Return Policy.

• Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of ordering, or until dispatch, whichever comes first.

• Damaged items: email photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the affected cards or box.

• Lost parcels: once the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we'll send a replacement. Parcels the carrier records as delivered are treated as delivered.

Intellectual property:

All content on this site :text, images, illustrations, books, music and design, belongs to Labake Ojudu Raji or the creators we work with, including El Shakar for SELAH. It may not be copied, reproduced or sold without written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not rights to its content.

Using the site:

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it without authorization, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our liability:  We provide the site and our products in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

 

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
