SELAH decks are final sale: Every SELAH deck ships sealed. Once that seal is broken, the deck can't be offered to another customer, so SELAH decks can't be returned or exchanged, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind , including decks that arrive sealed and are opened after delivery.
Returns on other items Other physical items, such as books, can be returned within [30] days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Please email us first to arrange the return. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered. Once the item reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund the item price. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Cancellations: Any order can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering, or until it's dispatched , whichever comes first ,for a full refund. Email untiljoy@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or faulty items: If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, the item and the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost and you won't need to return anything. For SELAH, that means replacement cards or a replacement box ,or the full deck, if the damage is too extensive for replacement pieces.
Wrong item received: If you receive something other than what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no cost.
Lost parcels: If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days (US) or 15 business days (Canada), let us know and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Parcels the carrier records as delivered are treated as delivered — if yours shows delivered but hasn't arrived, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Refused or undeliverable parcels: If a parcel comes back to us , because of an incorrect address, because it went unclaimed, or because Canadian duties or fees were refused,we'll refund your order minus the original shipping cost once it arrives. If you'd rather we send it again, reshipping is charged at the standard rate.
Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
