Ordering
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 48 hours of ordering or until it ships, whichever comes first. Email untiljoy@gmail.com with your order number. If you spot a mistake in your address, tell us within 12 hours and we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't left.
Can I add a note for the person I'm giving it to?
Yes. There's a box on the SELAH product page, just below the price. We'll write your note out and tuck it into the box.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
The United States and Canada.
How long does it take?
US orders ship within 2–3 business days by USPS Standard. Canadian orders ship within 5 business days by Canada Post Standard. Once it's on its way, allow 5–8 business days for delivery.
I'm in Canada — will I pay customs or duty?
No. Canadian orders ship from within Canada, so your deck arrives as a domestic parcel with no duties, taxes or brokerage fees at the door.
Where's my order?
You'll get tracking by email when it ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the first scan — a number that hasn't updated usually means the parcel is moving, not that something's wrong. If tracking hasn't changed for 7 business days in the US or 15 in Canada, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
Returns
Can I return a SELAH deck?
No. Every deck ships sealed, and once the seal is broken it can't be offered to another customer, so SELAH decks are final sale. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, email us before you order and we'll answer honestly.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photographs within 7 days of delivery — the outer packaging, the box and the damage. We'll send replacement cards or a replacement box at no cost, and you don't need to return anything. If the damage is too extensive for replacement pieces, we'll replace the whole deck.
What if it never arrives?
Once the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we send a replacement at no cost.
The SELAH deck
What's in the box?
Twenty-two guided meditation cards, 5 × 7 inches, with sacred art on one side and a scripture reference, a guided meditation and a short written prayer on the other. They come in a keepsake box made to sit out rather than live in a drawer.
Can I read one before I buy?
Yes; there's a sample card on the SELAH page. Turn it over to read the whole meditation.
Who is El Shakar?
El Shakar Ideh — Rabbi El to the community he leads — is a Christian teacher whose work centres on discipling growing believers. He and his wife Esther steward Heaven's Gate Believers Academy and Haverim Institute, an online discipleship community with members across Africa, Europe and North America, and his meditation course is where much of the thinking behind SELAH began. He's also the lead instructor of the renowned Introduction to Christian Meditation and Work place Altar Christian Education Courses.

Do I need to use them in order?
No. Draw whichever card comes to hand. There's no sequence, no schedule and nothing to keep up with.
How long does it take?
Five minutes is enough.
Is it for children?
The meditations are written for adults, though families do read them together. The books are where to start for younger children.

Can I stock SELAH in my church, shop or retreat centre?
We'd love that. We don't have wholesale ordering set up yet, so please email untiljoy@gmail.com and tell us a little about your shop or community, and we'll take it from there.
