This policy explains how Labake Ojudu Raji ("we"), based in San Francisco, California, collects and uses your information when you visit labakeojuduraji.com or buy from us.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and anything you send us in a message. If you join our mailing list, your email address.
Payment information: we accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. Payments are handled by those providers and by our card processor, Wix Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, gathered through cookies and basic analytics built into our website platform, Wix.

How we use it: To process, ship and update you on your orders; to handle cancellations, returns and questions; to send our newsletter if you've subscribed; to run, protect and improve the site; and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with: Only with the services we need to run the shop:

Wix, which hosts our website, store and mailing list, and provides basic site analytics
Our payment providers — Wix Payments, PayPal and Afterpay
Our shipping carriers, USPS and Canada Post, who receive your name and delivery address

If you pay with PayPal or Afterpay, you share information directly with them, and their own privacy policies apply. Afterpay may also check your eligibility to pay in instalments.

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies: Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work without them.

Our mailing list : We only send our newsletter to people who have signed up for it, and every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent regardless, because they're part of your purchase.

How long we keep it : We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including records we're required to keep for tax and accounting. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we stop sending you newsletters straight away.

Your rights : You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing untiljoy@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Customers in California and Canada have additional rights under their local privacy laws, and nothing in this policy limits them.

Do Not Track: Our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children: Our site is intended for adults and families. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security: We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no online system is completely secure.

Changes: We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
